Pro Comfort Counselling is registered in the United Kingdom as a Sole Trader, under a UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) issued by HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue & Customs).

Professional Titles and Legal Protection

In the United Kingdom, certain titles are legally protected and may only be used by practitioners registered with specific professional bodies:

🔹 Available Discounts

  • 50% discount – for unemployed individuals, those without a stable monthly income, or those who have recently lost employment (within the last 3 months). Proof is required (e.g. unemployment confirmation letter, official statement).

  • 40% discount – for individuals receiving social benefits. This applies only to individual sessions and requires supporting documentation (e.g. official letter, DWP confirmation).

  • 30% discount – for students, with valid proof (student ID card or official confirmation). This applies to both individual and group sessions (if organised).

🔹 General Conditions

  • Discounts apply only upon client request, discussed at the first session or submitted in writing.

  • Official confirmation of the discount will be issued by Pro Comfort Counselling in the form of an additional consent note.

  • The number of discounted sessions may be limited depending on monthly availability.

  • Discounts are not cumulative (only one category applies at a time).

  • Pro Comfort Counselling reserves the right to review or withdraw discounts depending on the client's financial circumstances.
